Alex’s Mortgage Matters and Dannie’s Financial Fitness Blog
We are high school sweethearts married over 20 years. Alex is the son of immigrants from South America. He is a first generation American. Dannie’s parents hail from the south, Texas and Arizona.
Alex graduated from California State University East Bay with a BS in Business Finance and a minor in Economics. He started his career in lending in 1988. Alex joined National City in 1994 and the family moved to Tracy. After college in 1987, Dannie started her career in the commercial and residential real estate industry. In 1991 she owned and operated a real estate office with her two partners in the Pleasanton Tri-Valley area. After 10 successful years she decided to retire from real estate to join Alex at National City in Tracy. This allowed her to be closer to our two young children and to help us grow our business in Tracy.
The tribute to our success is our wonderful clients and friends that have used our services for the twenty years we have been in business. Together we have helped hundreds of families reach their goal of home ownership. We have always believed that as mortgage bankers we have a duty to practice responsible lending. To treat our clients like life long friends. We wish to consult and help other families achieve financial fitness as well as enable them to purchase their dream home.
Thank you for visiting.
Sincerely,
Alex and Dannie Alvarez
